Nutrient Characterization in Soil Aggregate Fractions with Different Fertilizer Treatments in Greenhouse Vegetable Cultivation

چکیده

Fertilization affects the formation and stability of soil aggregate, as well nutrient status aggregate. However, potential effect compost on aggregate its characteristics is still unclear. In view this, we conducted a greenhouse vegetable cultivation experiment to evaluate water-stable (WSA) indices stoichiometry at 0 20 cm depth with four treatments: (1) no fertilizer (CK), (2) chemical (CF), (3) organic (OF), (4) plus (CO). The results showed that proportion 2 0.25 mm fraction was greatest, followed by 0.053 mm, which accounted for 41.83 49.53% 28.60 31.88% weight, respectively. mean weight diameter (MWD) value >0.25 in CF, OF, CO treatments were significantly higher than CK treatment. Within fertilization treatments, MWD those CF OF. Among all aggregates, carbon (SOC), total nitrogen (TN), phosphorus (TP) contents highest mm. increased SOC, TN, TP compared SOC content fractions >2 treatment OF TN aggregates (except < mm) components contributed greatly reserves. There noticeable difference between different treatments. Redundancy analysis (RDA) revealed physicochemical factors, including TP, pH, explained To summarize, combined positively affected accumulation dryland.

Fungicidal activities of soil humic/fulvic acids as related to their chemical structures in greenhouse vegetable fields with cultivation chronosequence

In the background of rapid expansion of plastic greenhouse vegetable production in China, many environmental risks have emerged in recent years. In this study, the soils with a chronosequence in greenhouse vegetable fields were collected and the soil humic acids (HAs) and fluvic acids (FAs) were extracted and purified. The soil HAs and FAs were found to show inhibition activities against phytop...

Endogeic earthworms differentially influence bacterial communities associated with different soil aggregate size fractions

Endogeic earthworm activities can strongly influence soil structure. Although soil microorganisms are thought to be central to earthworm-facilitated aggregate formation, how and where within the soil matrix earthworm-facilitated influences on soil microbial communities are manifested is poorly defined. In this study we used 16S rRNA gene-based terminal restriction fragment polymorphism (T-RFLP)...

Carbon sequestration in sugarcane plant and soil with different cultivation systems

Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum L.) is a multi-purpose crop, mainly planted in South-western (SW) parts of Iran. However, the capability of sugarcane farms to sequestrate carbon into soil and plant is not well documented. In this research, the carbon sequestration in sugarcane plant and soil in a ratooning traditional cultivation system at the Amirkabir Sugarcane Agro-Industry Complex...

Phosphorus fractions in soil with a long history of organic waste and mineral fertilizer addition

Bragantia, Campinas, v. 76, n. 1, p.155-166, 2017 AbstrAct: Applications for long periods of organic animal waste as a source of nutrients to crops can contaminate the soil and the surface and subsurface waters. This study aimed to evaluate how the utilization of organic waste, after successive applications, affects P fractions in the soil and consequently environmental contamination. In an exp...

Study of Saturated Hydraulic Conductivity Variations in Different Aggregate Size Distributions in an Agricultural Soil

Saturated hydraulic conductivity (Ks) is one of the most important soil physical characteristics that plays a major role in the soil hydrological behaviour. It is mainly affected by the soil structure characteristics. Aggregate size distribution is a measure of soil structure formation that can affect Ks. In this study, variations of Ks were investigated in various aggregate size distributions ...
